What the assistant can do
Open the Assistant from the main menu on the left. Type what you want to know or get done, for example:
- “Which tasks are open this week?”
- “Create a contact: Mag. Lisa Berger, [email protected], at Muster GmbH”
- “Move the deal Website relaunch to the Negotiation stage”
- “Mark the deal Maintenance contract as won”
The assistant searches contacts, companies, deals, quotes and products, reads their details, and creates contacts, companies, deals, activities and products. It can read quotes but cannot create or change them; use the Quotes page for that.
You confirm before anything is changed or deleted
- Creating happens right away. The chat shows a link to the new record.
- Changes and deletions appear first as a card listing every change. Nothing is saved or deleted until you click Confirm; Decline leaves everything as it was.
The assistant works with your permissions: whatever your role may not do, it may not do either. If the trial ends without a plan, it can only read.
Good to know
- The conversation stays open while you move around the app. New chat starts over.
- Answers are generated by a language model from an EU provider. Check figures and names before you rely on them.
