The trial
Every new workspace can use PrestoCRM for 30 days with every feature of the Business plan, no credit card needed. The top of the app shows how many days are left.
If you have not chosen a plan by then, the workspace becomes read-only: you can see all your data and export everything, but you can no longer change anything. Nothing is deleted. As soon as you choose a plan, you carry on where you left off.
Plans
The owner chooses the plan under Settings → Plan & billing, billed yearly or monthly. Prices are per user with edit rights per month, plus VAT.

Read-only users are free on every plan.
Limits on the Start plan
Under Plan & billing, PrestoCRM shows how much of each limit you already use, for example “14 of 20 quotes this month”. When you reach a limit, a notice explains what the next plan offers.
Change or cancel
You can change your plan at any time under Plan & billing; the amount is prorated. Switching to Start only works as long as your workspace fits within its limits. Payment method, invoices and cancellation are under Manage subscription. Payments are handled by Stripe.
