Where your data is stored
PrestoCRM runs at Hetzner Online GmbH, a German provider, in a data centre in Falkenstein (Germany). All sub-processors, meaning the services we use to run PrestoCRM, are listed with their location and purpose under Settings → DPA & sub-processors and in the privacy policy.
Sign the DPA
You are the controller of the customer data in your CRM; PrestoCRM processes it on your behalf. You sign the Data processing agreement (DPA) under Art. 28 GDPR online: go to Settings → DPA & sub-processors, read the agreement and accept it. PrestoCRM records who accepted it and when.
Export
- Every list (contacts, companies, deals, quotes, activities) can be exported as a CSV file with the filters and columns you have chosen. Excel opens it directly.
- Full export (JSON) under Settings → Import & export gives you all of the workspace’s data in an open format.
- Quotes can be downloaded at any time as the archived PDF.
Export stays available after the trial ends, even when the workspace is read-only. Your data belongs to you.
Remove sample data
If you started with sample data, remove it with one click under Settings → Import & export → Sample data. Your own data is not touched.
